Graduation Ceremony on Mar.25th

ICECS2019 on　Nov. 27-29th.

Mr. Arakawa and Shin gave posters at ICECS in Genoa, Itary. We tasted Itarian food and enjoyed sightseeing.

Design Gaia 2019 on Nov. 13-15th.

Mr. Chiba made a poster presentation and an oral presentation in Matsuyama City. The local sea bream seaweed was delicious.

Mr. Shin gave a poster presentation in Tottori City. He went to Tottori Sand Dunes.

Laboratory Ekiden Tournament & Oden Party & Mr.Zhong Welcome Party

We participated Laboratory Ekiden Tournament, and then held an Oden party. There was also a welcome party for Mr. Zhong.

2019 Tohoku-Section Joint Convention of the Institutes of Electrical and Information Engineers, Japan on Aug. 22th.

Three students gave their first presentations at the Tohoku-Section Joint Convention of the Institutes of Electrical and Information Engineers at Akita University.

Farewell party for Kevin J Hine on July 31st

We had a farewell party for Kevin J Hine, who has been a member of our laboratory since April.
It was very exciting at the American Machine-gun Talk (Japanese). Please come to Japan again!

End of Training A and Experiment D Party on Jun 25th

We held an end of training A and Experiment D party for our 4th year undergraduate students.

ISMVL2019 on May 21th-23th

Mr. Chiba had a research presentation at ISMVL2019 at Crowne Plaza Fredericton-Lord Beavebrook in New Brunswick, Canada.

Cherry-Blossom Viewing Party on Apr. 9th

We held cherry-blossom viewing party, which also served as a welcome party for our new members (undergraduates Mr. Katoh and Mr. Sasaki, and exchange student Mr. Hine). Although it snowed until mid-morning, we were still able to hold the party. Here's to another good academic year!
